Returning Alumni helps understand attractivness of the employer by analyzing the number of returning alumni.

Alumni is defined as a profile who worked in the past for employer A, who subsequently rejoined employer A after a professional experience at a different company. Numbers could be ‘skewed’ by interns.

A typical Alumni example:

  • Jane was a Bain & Company employee between January 1st, 2019 to February 1st, 2021.
  • Jane left Bain & Company for ‘FashionCo’ between February 1st, 2021 and December 1st, 2022.
  • Jane rejoined Bain & Company from December 1st, 2022.
