Sources and destinations demo
The Sources and destinations dashboard allows users to isolate sources and destinations of talent by year (since 2015) and understand the ratio between top talent sources and long-tail of other sources.
Talent sources
Talent sources chart shows sources of talent by year with filter for company and role. Only one role can be selected at this time.
Talent destinations
Talent destinations chart shows destinations of talent by year with filter for company and role. Only one role can be selected at this time.
"N/A" and "Other"
While most bar segments are company names (source or destination), there are two distinct segments:
- "N/A" → where we do not know either the previous company or next company name (e.g. retirement, first job, or incomplete profile)
- "Other" → part of the long tail of companies (i.e. low count). We display only the top 20 companies for each role x company pair.
- Check the Data tables below to access the long tail of companies.
Data Tables
Beneath each chart are a pair of data tables. From these tables you can export (button top right) the full sources/ destinations data, including the long tail.
The top table contains data at a overall company level. The lower table contains data at the role level within companies. Export from the appropriate table to meet your needs.
